Help regarding the iSCSI

Hello,

     I'm  unable understand why we canot have multiple initiator and single
target combination in an iSCSI . . as there are all other possible
combinations :

    1 . single initiator/single target
    2. single initiator/multiple target
    3. multiple initiator/multiple target

Can I also know how we should issue scsi PDU's form the initiator..? and also
how does it works..?
