FreeBSD Port: multimedia/vlc

I am requesting that WxWidgets be downgraded from 2.8 to 2.6 in the vlc 
makefile since there is a problem report that documents compiling the 
current vlc against 2.8 causes incorrect rendering of the volume bar.
