Compaq R3120Us failing boot on all FreeBsd version

Hello,


My Compaq Presario R3120US laptop ... Amd Xp-M 3000+
(64 based) fails to boot 4.9,4.10,5.2.1,5.3 and 5.3
amd 64.
After getting to the loader ... the Devil and I choose
1 (default) or 2 (w/o ACPI) the computer reboots.

Any info regarding these problems would be welcomed!
