IPFW & NATD working with IPSEC

Hi everyone, I running freebsd with IPFW and NATD.  I
have the external int face obtaining DHCP from the
cable modem.  My internal network is 10.0.0.x. 
Everything works fine except when I try to use my work
IPSEC client.  It is a nortel client that fails to
connect when behind the firewal. Can anyone provide
detailed instruction on how to configure the firewall
to allow these connections?
