Who is in charge of -i18n?

Hello,

I'm going through the list of conf/ and misc/ PRs[1] and saw that there
were a lot of them related to configuration in src/share/timedef.

I am more than happy to go through them, find out what has to happen
with them, commit/MFC them, but I don't want to step on anybodies
toes neither.
