I set up mirmon (list is made from doc/share/sgml/mirrors.xml) and run
it on my box, then copying to public periodically.

http://people.FreeBSD.org/~kuriyama/mirrors/
(wait few days until TIMESTAMP file be propagated.)

If it seems useful, give it a unique hostname then.
