Doubt about portaudit

  Hi everybody,

  I have a FREEBSD 6.0 machine. I have installed portaudit but then I
  was forced to remove it because it didn't let me install almost every
  port software because of the security vulnerabilities.
  Is this right? I mean, I want to be aware of the possible security
  holes in my system but I need to install some programs like Apache ang
  GnuPG.
  Any solution?
